Shopify Fulfillment App
The simple Shopify fulfillment app for in-house pick & pack.
Picksort reads every open, unfulfilled Shopify order and merges them into one quantity-per-SKU pick sheet — grouped by vendor, bin, or SKU, with checkoff boxes and big quantities. No scanners, no templates, no setup. Fulfill and ship in Shopify as you already do.
Read-only · zero setup · $9/month · cancel anytime
Most fulfillment apps do too much — this one does the slow part well
Search the app store for a Shopify fulfillment app and you'll find heavy suites bundling barcode scanning, label buying, and inventory syncing. For a small in-house team, that's a lot to configure and pay for when the real bottleneck is upstream: getting the right items off the shelf, once, without walking the same aisle ten times. Picksort does exactly that one job. It merges your open orders into a single pick sheet, then hands the ship step back to Shopify.
01 / MERGE
Read & merge orders
Open the app and every unfulfilled order merges into one quantity-per-SKU list. Pull each product once for the whole batch.
02 / PICK & PACK
Pick then pack
Group by vendor, bin, or SKU so the sheet follows your shelves. Pick from a phone, then print to pack each order at the bench.
03 / FULFILL
Fulfill in Shopify
Mark orders fulfilled and buy labels in Shopify or your existing shipping app — Picksort never touches that step.
What you get
One total per SKU
Every open order merged into a single sheet with a running total for each product — pull each item once, not once per order.
Group by vendor or bin
Order the pick path by vendor, bin, or SKU so one picker walks the floor in a single clean sweep.
Live re-tallying
Switch the grouping and quantities recalculate instantly — no scratch-pad math across a stack of slips.
Read-only by design
Picksort only reads orders and products. It never edits, fulfills, or deletes anything in your store.
Zero setup
Install and open. No fields to map, no template to build, no onboarding call.
Mobile then print
Pick from a phone in a single column with checkoff boxes, then print the same sheet for packing.

Common questions
What does the Picksort fulfillment app do?+
Picksort reads your open, unfulfilled Shopify orders and merges them into one quantity-per-SKU pick sheet. Instead of a page per order, you get a single list with one running total for each product, grouped by vendor, bin, or SKU so your team pulls each item once and packs against a clean sheet. It handles the pick-and-pack step of fulfillment; you fulfill and buy shipping labels in Shopify exactly as you do today.
Is Picksort a full fulfillment suite with scanning and labels?+
No, and that's the point. Picksort deliberately does one job well — the merged pick-and-pack sheet — rather than bundling barcode scanning, label buying, and inventory syncing into a heavy suite. There's nothing to configure and nothing to learn. If you need scan-verified packing or built-in carrier labels, a larger fulfillment app fits better; if the real slowdown is getting the right items off the shelf, Picksort solves that cheaply.
Will this fulfillment app change or fulfill my orders?+
Never. Picksort is read-only by design. It only reads orders and products to build the pick sheet — it cannot edit, fulfill, delete, or create anything in your Shopify store. You print the sheet, pick and pack against it, and mark orders fulfilled in Shopify as usual. It's safe to install on a live store.
Do I need to set anything up?+
No. There are no imports, no field mapping, and no templates to build. Install the app and open it, and it immediately reads your open orders and builds the merged sheet. Vendor grouping comes from the product vendor field, and bin grouping comes from an optional product bin-location metafield if you use one.
How much does the Picksort fulfillment app cost?+
One flat plan: $9/month with a 30-day free trial and no per-order fees. There's no free tier, just the trial. Cancel anytime.
